CIMT
The power is in your hands
Research
There is currently conflicting views on the effectiveness of CIMT within the realm of research. Some studies claim that CIMT is an effective treatment option for stroke patients that are experiencing hemiparesis. These authors claim that functional performance and quality of life for these patients have improved after receiving CIMT. However, on the other spectrum, some studies state that there is not enough supporting evidence ad knowledge of how CIMT works to improve the motor function of hemiparetic upper extremities.
